Whether you are a young adult trying to launch a career post-grad, navigating an unexpected setback, or a woman moving through the deep, identity-shifting seasons of mid-life, motherhood, or perimenopause—real transformation thrives on space, clarity, and forward momentum.
That is why these sessions are designed as one-on-one, in-person
Whether you are a young adult trying to launch a career post-grad, navigating an unexpected setback, or a woman moving through the deep, identity-shifting seasons of mid-life, motherhood, or perimenopause—real transformation thrives on space, clarity, and forward momentum.
That is why these sessions are designed as one-on-one, in-person walking conversations, allowing nature and movement to unlock new perspectives. If we don't live in the same area, we can easily share this experience over the phone, lace up our shoes, and walk "together" from wherever we are. Your next big breakthrough is waiting—let's take the first step together!

Stepping into fresh air and natural light immediately lowers cortisol, moves your body out of fight-or-flight, and places your mind into an open state of creative clarity.

The rhythmic, forward cadence of walking stimulates both hemispheres of the brain. This naturally accelerates strategic problem-solving and allows challenging life transitions or deep decisions to untangle organically.

Instead of eye-to-eye clinical pressure, we look forward at the path ahead. This collaborative, side-by-side positioning creates a safe, deeply supportive container to process transitions honestly, whether we are on the exact same physical path or walking "together" miles apart over the phone.
BOTH SIDES OF THE CHAIR
As a Doctor of Psychology, I’ve spent years on both sides of the chair—as the therapist guiding the breakthrough, and as the human doing my own deep work in therapy. But my greatest personal realizations never happened staring at an office wall. They happened when I stepped outside.
I am deeply connected to nature and movement, and the science backs up what my gut always knew: when we step into the fresh air and walk side-by-side, our neurology shifts. The rhythmic cadence of walking stimulates a different part of the brain—unlocking creative problem-solving, lowering stress hormones, and allowing challenging life experiences, trauma, or major decisions to untangle naturally.
I founded Stride & Thrive Coaching to combine the two things I love most: the healing, grounding power of being outdoors and moving next to someone, and the privilege of helping you move through transitions to actively stride into a life where you thrive.
